How do I get set up with Payroll?

We can have you up and running in no time. Simply complete the contact form at the bottom of this page and one of our customer service teams will be in touch.  

Do you offer Payroll outside of the US?

No, currently we only offer Payroll services to our US based customers. Payroll is available in all 50 states.  

How many times can I run payroll in a month? 

With CleanCloud Payroll you can run unlimited payrolls in a month, for no additional cost. 

When do I start getting charged?

You’ll start getting charged from the date that you run your first payroll. Until this time there is no charge, even if you have completed setup.

I’m already a Gusto customer. Is there a difference? 

If you’re already a Gusto customer switching is simple, our customer support team can help you make the move. With CleanCloud Payroll you get all the benefits of Gusto integrated into your CleanCloud account - plus you save a little each month too.

How long does set-up take?

ISet-up takes approximately two weeks however this will vary from customer to customer depending on your business set-up.

Can I switch to CleanCloud Payroll at any time of the year? 

Yes, you can. Set-up varies depending on the time of year you join. At the beginning of the year you don’t need to provide any historic payroll data which makes set-up quicker and easier. If you join at the beginning of a new quarter, you only need to provide the totals of your previous quarter (or quarters depending on time of year) instead of a full overview of your payroll. If you choose to start running payroll in the middle of a quarter you will need to provide a more detailed overview of your payroll to date.
